GoKapital is seeking a jr. administrative assistant for its Thailand branch office in Thong Lor to
assist with day-to-day operations. We have been operating here for 2 years and are expanding.
Our corporate headquarters is based in the United States and operating since 2013.

- This is NOT a remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails with clear communication
- Answer telephone calls and transfer to the correct person
- Enter data into our client database accurately
- Organize and review documents
- Collaborate on new projects or tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Education or Work Experience in a similar industry (real estate, bank, customer service, etc.)
- 100% English fluency (in both speaking and writing). If you also speak Spanish, an additional 10K will be added to your monthly salary
- Detail oriented and able to learn quickly
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Work US hours at our Thong Lor office (8pm-5am)
